Some employers are offering unique, interesting “perks” or benefits these days to attract and retain talented workers. While these should never be at the top of your job requirement list, it is fun to see them when you are considering an offer or comparing more than one offer.
This fun infographic from Officevibe shows 25 of the best employee perks. Officevibe is a software company (for employee surveys, so we can assume that the list comes from survey data) and information technology companies are known for offering some of the most generous and creative perks. But that said, many of them are increasingly available through all kinds of organizations, like matching donations to your favorite cause or gym memberships.
