The peer interview is one of the best ways to capture the essence of a potential employer without actually working there. While you’ll probably be most cognizant of the interaction with your potential boss or hiring manager, interviewing a peer can often shed a lot of insight into the prospective organization. You can establish rapport early if you end up working alongside him or her, and you may be able to get the scoop in certain areas.
