Litigation Paralegal - LAC Legal

Location: USA - CO - Denver

LAC Legal Staffing is recruiting an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a direct hire position at a downtown firm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in a busy plaintiffs personal injury practice
• Manage cases with minimal supervision
• Request, organize and analyze medical and case records
• Schedule IMEs
• Draft pleadings, demand letters, disclosures and other documents
• Prepare for trial
• Miscellaneous paralegal responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid experience working with medical records
• Excellent attention to detail
• Superb oral and written communication skills
