LAC Legal is seeking an experienced Estates, Trusts and Conservatorships Paralegal for a direct hire position at a Cherry Creek firm. The firm offers an excellent compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with administration of estates, trusts and conservatorships
• Prepare estate and individual tax returns
• Day-to-day management of estate matters
• Gather and marshal assets and prepare inventories and accountings
• Monitor personal property

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate is required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Estates, Trusts and Conservatorships in Colorado
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, e-filing, Simplifile e-recording, Quickbooks, TABS3 and PracticeMaster software
• Preparation and filing of 1040 and 104 tax returns
