Business Consultant - Wilson Allen

Location: USA - Virtual - Remote

Wilson Allen is seeking a Business Consultant to join our growing company! The Business Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality design specifications and solutions to business problems. The Business Consultant will work directly with clients to establish requirements, document specifications, and assist in the implementation of client specific solutions. This individual is adept at collaborating with business and technology leaders, balancing multiple projects, and designing solutions that enable our customers to maximize their investment. This is a full-time, remote based position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to assist with the capturing and understanding of requirements
• Ability to create process and functional maps
• Requirements definition, project specifications, including identification of solutions and implementation of same
• Work with project team members, i.e. Project Manager, Technical Consultants to deliver the design solution
• Liaise and provide best practice guidance and answers to clients' questions/issues both verbally and written
• Perform system configuration & demonstrations of product functionality
• Basic/intermediate development of forms and workflow processes utilizing the Intapp applications
• Assistance with Quality Assurance Testing and UAT support
• Engage suppliers as and when needed re product functionality and issues
• Promote and maintain a professional & service oriented approach both internally/externally
• All other duties as assigned or required for this position
