An interview works two ways. It’s not all about nailing each question that gets thrown your way, it’s your chance to see if the company is the right fit for you. You have to ask the right questions too! So the next time you get asked “Do you have any questions?” don’t just stare blankly and say, “No, I think you answered all of them” (this is literally the worst answer ever).
