One of the most important sections of a resume is the list of skills, and too often I see buzzwords like “attention to detail” and “organized” listed as skills without much consideration for their meaning or value. While these are obviously sought out attributes, job seekers must consider how their noted soft skills fit into the role they are applying to and balance them out with hard skills.
