Sr. Executive Assistant - HBR Consulting

Location: Canada - New Brunswick - Moncton

HBR + Wilson Allen + LAC Group are seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant to join our growing company! Specifically, we are seeking a pro-active, highly organized, customer service oriented professional to support multiple executives and manage a small team of administrative assistants.

The position is based on Canada and works hybrid in the Moncton, NB office.

  • Provide executive administrative support in the following areas, but not limited to:
  • Provide direct support to multiple Executives
  • Book extensive travel arrangements in the U.S. and abroad
  • Outlook Calendar management: scheduling and rescheduling as deadlines and priorities change
  • Superior knowledge of PowerPoint to create and / or edit complex presentations
  • Edit, proofread, and redline documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting
  • Prepare documents for signature
  • Create and manage expense reports in a timely manner
  • Enter in time worked on behalf of the Executives on a weekly basis
  • Timely data entry into our CRM database
  • Support in special projects and / or external client related work (RFPs, proposals, conferences, team events, etc.)
  • Draft email correspondence as requested
  • Support and promote internal policies, procedures, and processes
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including office management related items as directed

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 7+ years administrative experience required, preferably in a professional services environment supporting executive level individuals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize under pressure
  • Proactive
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Positive attitude, appetite for development
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and anticipate last minute changes
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility with last minute changes
  • Experience managing staff
