Overnight Library Assistant - LAC Group

Location: USA - CA - Pasadena

LAC Group is seeking an Overnight Library Assistant for a one month position at a university library in Pasadena, CA. The Library Assistant will assist with circulation, collection maintenance, document delivery, and interlibrary loan. This is a full-time position working Sunday-Thursday from 11:30PM to 8:00AM for one month.

Responsibilities:

• Staff circulation desk during overnight hours;
• Provide basic reference services to patrons;
• Ability to assist with basic IT support;
• Process Inter-Library Loan requests as needed;
• Re-shelve books and maintain organization of collections as needed to facilitate accessibility.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a library setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience using standard office computer software and library equipment
