Inclusive Development Program Manager - LAC Group

Location: USA - DC - Washington DC

LAC Group is seeking an Inclusive Development Program Manager to oversee a team of professional and technical service employees at an agency in Washington DC promoting inclusive development. A successful candidate will have demonstrated, progressive management experience in a contract setting and the ability to manage a diverse team while reporting to multiple stakeholders. They will be responsible for planning and execution of all projects to meet program objectives and will serve as the primary point of contact for contractual, administrative, and technical requirements of the contract. This is a full-time, benefited position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of professionals providing technical assistance in the design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation across all program technical areas.
• Provide strategic oversight and tracking of the budget and financial transactions across all program areas
• Oversee day-to-day management of the contract and coordinate the activities and deliverables
• Ensure all deliverables and staff are exceeding expectations, remediating shortcomings when necessary
• Support the agency mission of domestic and international inclusive development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years management experience in a contract setting managing employees with varied workflows and responsibilities
• Experience reporting to multiple stakeholders
• Experience supervising a large, disperse team of contract professionals
• Must have the ability to train and review the work of others.
• Ability to compile statistical data to produce detailed daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, written and oral communications.
• Able to pass a background check and authorized to work in the US
• Candidates with experience in inclusive development strongly encouraged to apply
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance
