Foreign Language Legislative Researchers/Translators - Multiple Languages

Location: Remote

LAC Group is hiring Foreign Language Legislative Researchers/Translators to work on translation project translating information in the following languages into English: Azerbaijani, Estonian, Icelandic, Khmer, Pashto and Dari. The focus of the project is a review of current legislation of multiple countries and the translation and recording of specific elements into a research database. The legislation pertains to finance and business.

Candidates should be good communicators and be able to demonstrate previous research experience. Previous legal training or experience is not necessary but familiarity with legal terminology is desirable. Applicants should have native or native-like fluency in the source language and be about the present good written English.This is a short-term project and the required hours vary depending on the source language. All work will be performed remotely and candidates can be located anywhere.
