Facilities Manager - LAC Group
Location: USA - VA - Alexandria
LAC Group is seeking experienced Facilities Managers to provide support to a federal agency logistics management office at a highly secure facility in Alexandria, VA. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all office and suite assignments are correct and up-to-date. This will include coordinating relocations of personnel and equipment as needed working with space managers, furniture vendors, and others. All positions are full-time (40 hours a week, Monday to Friday) positions with benefits offered.Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date records of all seat assignments
- Assist with coordinating individual, office, and restack moves. Enter requests into ticketing system
- Submit visitor parking requests and request clearances for deliveries and installs.
- Track all furniture and equipment
- Track issues related to furniture and equipment (e.g., repairs, replacement, relocations)
- Coordinate service requests using an agency ticketing system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with facilities and space management for large federal agencies
- Experience with AutoCad
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
- Active DOD Secret Clearance strongly preferred
