CRM Project Manager - Wilson Allen

Location: USA - Virtual - Remote

Wilson Allen is seeking a Project Manager that is responsible for ensuring the delivery of CRM and Martech projects to budget and to scope. This role will be expected to work on a portfolio of clients and projects across CRM, Experience, Marketing and Business Development.

This individual is adept at collaborating with business and technology leaders, balancing multiple projects, and working with a delivery team to deliver solutions that enable our customers to maximize their investment. This role is highly client facing and it is critical that the candidate is able to work with colleagues to identify and resolve issues impacting delivery and to take a key role in maximizing client satisfaction.

  • Develop project plans and be able to report at individual project level and across projects on issues, trends and lessons learned
  • Assist the planning and resourcing process – prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team identifying skills and resource gaps proactively
  • Assist the RMO/PMO on managing resourcing and scheduling
  • Assist the CRM BD specialist in scoping new opportunities by providing information on productivity and skills from past experience
  • Assist in management of internal projects where appropriate
  • Use SmartSheet extensively for managing project plans, meeting trackers, RAID logs and budget statements
  • Work with Proforma Tracker to review and process invoices
  • Process monthly budget statements for all active projects reconciling the line items from Proforma Tracker to the SmartSheet budget to actuals which must reconcile to the original statement of work
  • Assist finance to ensure that matters are set up correctly in 3e and proactively inform finance of changes to any resources, rates or scope which may affect the matter in 3e
  • Transition the projects to support at the end of the project
  • Co-ordinate the job closure of all projects including consolidating the final versions of all deliverables
  • Be responsible for the directory structure of all project folders on SharePoint
  • Support project team members to ensure that they use My Schedule Report, My RAID log, and all other required assets in SmartSheet
  • Support team members to ensure that their time recording is completed on time in 3e
  • Provide a weekly summary status of all projects to the Practice Group leader with a traffic light summary for budget, resources, scope, and time
  • Provide a status report for all active projects using the agreed template and at the frequency agreed with the client
  • Ensure that minutes and agendas are produced for all significant client and internal meetings

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Business development experience including RFP responses, strategy, scoping, estimating, planning, oral presentations, contract development and negotiation
  • Able to present ideas in a variety of ways depending upon audience and context
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum three years’ experience designing, analysing, and developing solutions within the professional services field
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to build client solutions.
  • Ability to travel to client locations on a regular basis.
  • Well-developed communication and inter-personal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, IT and Business Support users alike
  • Possess a passion for exceeding client expectations
  • Client focused and committed to timely delivery of appropriate solutions that meet (or exceed) user requirements
  • Must be highly motivated and have a flexible working attitude
  • Methodical and well organised and able to work well under pressure
  • Familiar with the complete project cycle, from presenting the initial business case, to post implementation review
