LAC Legal is seeking experienced Business Transactional Attorneys for placement at a growing firm in the Denver Tech Center! The firm provides general counsel services to an array of business clients and boutique services in the areas of estate planning, tax and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel related to commercial business transactions in the areas of corporate governance, financing,tax, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, contracts management, bankruptcy and real property
• Manage own caseload and develop new business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in any of the following legal specialties:
  • Corporate, Commercial Real Estate, Bankruptcy or Tax & Finance Law
• Admission to Colorado Bar Association
• Portable book of business is required
• Ability and desire to develop new business
