Emerging Leaders Conduct Library Recruitment Survey

To help improve ongoing efforts to recruit a diverse pool of talented and dynamic individuals to the profession of librarianship, librarians are invited to participate in a web-based survey which focuses on the accessibility and usefulness of existing recruitment materials. Responses to the survey will help determine how existing materials can be made more useful and readily available to members in their local recruitment efforts and may lead to the development of new career fair tools: "ALA Emerging Leaders team conducting survey."
